Poor communication, made mistakes which added a extra 1-2 months and denied. They found it funny when I told them how much it’s affected my business. Told this directly to them and they said they need time to get a resolution which is understand and respect. However it’s been just over a month and still no response. I was understand throughout but didn’t receive the same :( such a shame because I loved this manufacture and the jewellery but the customer service let them down sadly. Hope they can change this 🩷
